We began with CUSP a name that spoke to being on the edge of change, of stepping into something new. It reflected our commitment to education, growth, and raising the standard in hair replacement.
But as we grew, so did our vision. We didn’t just want to teach we wanted to host, to gather, to create space for others to thrive. That’s how the Collective was born.
The Cusp Collective is more than a training hub. It’s a shared space for workshops, wellness, celebrations, and creativity. A place where people come together, connect deeply, and shape something bigger than themselves.

Hi, I’m Rae co-founder of Cusp and a specialist in non-surgical hair replacement.
I’ve worked in this industry for over 10 years, and for the last 6, I’ve proudly owned and run my own award-winning hair replacement salon in the North East. We’re a discreet but highly trusted space, known for working exclusively with fine hair and hair loss clients. It’s delicate, specialist work and I take a lot of pride in the standard we set.
Over the years, I’ve watched the industry grow, shift, and evolve new methods, new systems, and sadly, a rise in rushed, low-quality education. I’ve seen the work coming from one-day crash courses, and it’s not what this craft deserves. That’s what pushed me to co-create Cusp: a space where people can truly learn this work, the right way, with depth, time, and real support.
I now teach every method I’ve ever learned integrating them together to help others build a solid foundation in this career. Cusp is everything I stand for: high standards, proper training, and a community that actually cares.

Hi, I’m Leeanne co-founder of Cusp and someone who’s always been deeply client-focused.
I’ve worked across so many areas of the hair industry from wigs and toppers to integration systems and non-surgical solutions and what’s always stood out to me is this: not every client has the same type of hair loss, and they shouldn’t be treated like they do. That’s why I’m so passionate about choosing the right method for each person, giving proper aftercare, and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m friendly, honest, and if something’s not right for you I will always find a solution. That’s exactly how I approach teaching too. At Cusp, I’ll guide you through everything clearly and practically, with a focus on getting things right not just for you, but for your future clients.
I believe in teaching with heart, honesty, and high standards so you can go out there and make a real difference.
Why CUSP?
We chose the name CUSP because it’s part of who we are. Rae was born on the cusp of Leo and Virgo the cusp of exposure, where creativity and leadership meet precision and care. Leeanne was born on the cusp of Capricorn and Aquarius the cusp of mystery and imagination, where structure and ambition meet vision and innovation. Together, those energies shaped what we’ve built here.
To us, a CUSP is the threshold the moment between two phases, where transformation begins. That’s exactly what this space is for you. When you walk in, you’re standing on that edge: ready for change.
